Since the highest temperatures reach 92°C, I'd reduce it slightly.

R7870 with 2GB RAM fits as a placeholder for the Radeon 6800X. The ASUS Strix Z270H is a gaming-focused model. It includes 16GB DDR4 RAM in two sticks. You plan to run at 4K resolution. The maximum temperatures and voltages listed may not be sufficient for optimal performance.

Using the Aida64 program for testing temperatures. Also, downloading HWINFO64.

100C is the upper limit, but the CPU will slow down before reaching that. I recommend aiming for under 90°C during testing. Around 85°C is ideal for gaming.

Games would force my CPU to run at 100% all the time. That’s why I see those high temperatures.

They might be able to. If that's the situation, then it's excessive. What about removing the 7700K?

I was considering switching to a new cooler. The one I currently own is a Cooler Master 212 featuring a push-pull fan design, with a 2000 RPM push and 1800 RPM pull.
