I'm preparing to purchase both Cod Black Ops 3 and Doom from G2A. I have a few concerns beforehand. First, is it safe? These games are quite affordable, so I want to make sure buying them won't cause any issues or problems. Also, if I get COD, can I still access it on Steam? My main reason for getting the game is to play custom zombies, and the only way to obtain those maps is through the Steam Workshop. I just need to confirm that I'll be able to use those maps once I have the game.

If it says "steam" in the title, you can only play it via steam Also check the region, if it says "global" in the title, it should work for everyone, if it's for other regions than your own, you can't activate it in steam G2a is like ebay for game keys, you can get scammed. You can activate g2a shield for 3$ (it was 1 before, argh) to make sure he can't scam you, but if the seller has a 99% rating or something he is usually not going to scam you The black ops 3 keys doesn't really seem that cheap though with 1 seller setting the prices, unless you are buying for xbox 360, I would just wait for there to be a sale on GMG or something, it's usually cheaper there since G2A just buys keys from where its cheapest and then adds a dollar or two

Purchased around eight games from G2A without any issues. You receive a code via email and use it on Steam.

Ensure you have a valid Steam download key; this will allow access to the workshop. Also, confirm the game isn't restricted by region.

This article might get removed, but it’s worth noting you’re safer downloading from unofficial sources rather than official stores. These platforms often sell counterfeit keys, which can cause bigger problems for developers than just stealing their games.

The game studio doesn't profit when a seller gets a key illegally (for free) and then lists it on G2a. However, they frequently end up paying fees such as chargebacks or processing charges. To clarify your comparison: piracy is like copying someone's car and selling the copy. Purchasing from G2a resembles stealing that car, selling it, and then requiring the owner to pay a fee to reclaim it.

I believe it’s up to him to choose, and restricting the subject while allowing him to try purchasing on g2A independently isn’t something I support.
