bartjebollen :
50-100 euro's then ? This one was pretty cheap i have to say.
This is likely the best cooler you can find for under 100 euros.

So i'll best wait with overclocking untill i have the Noctua cooler ?
And how exactly do i overclock the RAM to 3200Mhz ?
This my first time really building my own pc.

If you wish to save costs, you might consider purchasing the Scythe Fuma, which suits a 4.7GHz setup. Alternatively, the Cryorig H5 offers comparable results.

That's quite intriguing! For gaming, it might depend on whether you need to boost your CPU or RAM. Also, if your Scythe works well with overclocked RAM and CPU, it should be fine. I almost ordered the Noctua already, hehe.

Well, I just purchased the Scythe about a week ago, and I'm feeling a bit let down. I expected it to support at least 4.8GHz, but it hit 90C when running at 4.8GHz. I’d definitely suggest the Noctua if you’re planning to overclock.
My view on overclocking the 7700K isn’t essential, at least not yet.
What’s interesting about PC gaming is that systems vary a lot. I haven’t tried Corsair’s Dominator RAM before. It has extremely low timings, which is actually a positive trait. If I were you, I’d run some benchmarks while playing games or simply choose a game with built-in benchmarking, and then test the RAM at 2400MHz (just enable XMP in BIOS, it might default to 2133MHz) before checking if it reaches 3200MHz. See how noticeable the improvement is.

Hmm okay that's good to know.
And yeah i came across a gaming build guide for my M7 motherboard (which arrives tomorrow + the power supply i already have the rest ) and it said the dominator platinum would go really well with this specific setup. That's what i did basically i copied the build guide except for the cooler
😀
i didn't think it would really matter that much.
I'm ordering the Noctua right now !

However, I think you'll still require a superior cooler regardless, and it makes sense to obtain the top model now to avoid needing a more advanced one later when you aim to push your system to its limits.
