I've attempted to reposition the cooler and reapply thermal paste, but one core is hitting 95°C+ while others stay in the 60s/70s during use. Should I consider hiring someone to replace it and reapply the TIM? The CPU cost was around $80, which is reasonable given its durability so far. Temperatures verified via HWInfo64, CoreTemp, and RealTemp.
