I own a tenda a11 AC1200 router and was attempting an update manually, which went well until I accidentally pressed the wrong button. The progress bar vanished, causing the device to stop functioning. I believe I downloaded the correct firmware from the official source. Now it appears as "unidentified network" on my PC, connected via Ethernet. I've reset it multiple times without success and still can't access wireless networks or retrieve its IP address. The SYS LED stays illuminated and the LAN indicator remains active. The attached photo shows the router's current appearance.

For Tenda AC11 Devices:
1. Disable all Windows firewall services via Control Panel – turn OFF Profile Domain, Personal Domain, Public Profile.
2. Download the compatible firmware (V02.03.01.32_CN) from the Global Tenda website and search for Ac11firmware.
3. Save the file as AC.bin in C:\.
4. Perform sequential 30-30-30 reboot sequence and connect the cable to WAN port.
5. Edit network settings with IP: 192.168.1.10, Mask: 255.255.255.0, Gateway: 192.168.1.2, DNS: 192.168.1.3.
6. Install TFTP client through Control Panel > Resources and Programs > Active or Desactive Windows Resources.
7. Run CMD command: tftp -i 192.168.1.6 put AC.bin and wait for “Successful transfer.”
8. Be prepared for automatic router restart – enjoy the fix!

Note: This solution works only with firmware version V02.03.01.32_CN from Tenda’s official site.

I completed all the steps and encountered "Connect request failed." Did you receive these IP addresses consistently, or did they change based on your setup before updating the firmware? Your router was connected to the 192.168.50.0 network before the V02.03.01.122 firmware was installed.

It functioned for you, verify the Ethernet link, ensure it connects only to the WAN port.
