Hello, I just purchased Escape from Tarkov and am facing an issue. When attempting to log in through the launcher, I receive the error "Local problems on POST Die Anfrage wurde abgebrochen: Es konnte kein geschützter SSL/TLS-Kanal erstellt werden." This means the system blocked my request because it couldn't establish a secure connection. The same problem occurs when logging in with a friend's account, even though it works fine for them. I suspect a firewall issue on my side rather than a virus or antivirus interference. My firewall settings are medium, and I don’t have any additional security software installed. Could anyone assist me? Thank you for your help.

Start by resetting your router and modem. Next, adjust the date and time settings on your router.

Thank you for your quick reply. Your Internet provider confirmed the router's date/time syncs with their servers and remains current. Additionally, you attempted a factory reset of the router, but that also failed to resolve the issue.

Have you discovered a fix for this problem? I began experiencing it suddenly yesterday and haven’t managed to resolve it. I’ve checked all the router troubleshooting steps, and everything lines up correctly, yet the issue persists. I’m only having problems accessing their website—just the launcher works fine. What’s unusual is that my main tower is affected; a friend’s laptop can connect without issues, but when he tries on my main PC it fails. It clearly isn’t an ISP problem or anything else.

I didn't manage to locate a fix for the issue. However, after a fresh Windows setup a few months later it functioned properly.
