I'm experiencing difficulties launching Firefox on a fresh local account I set up on my Windows 10 system. The software is already present on the administrator account, yet it fails to appear when accessed via the new account, preventing any download or installation.

Is this installation happening on the new account with administrator privileges?

The account isn't an admin account. I'm unsure about installing it as "run as administrator," could you clarify? Please share more details.

When you double-click the firefox.exe install file, do you notice the prompt to "Run as administrator"?

I don't see the option to run as administrator, but after executing the file and entering the admin pin, it's functioning properly now.
