Only 1.7mb of RAM? That's a lot less!

I wasn't aware that older Windows 95 programs could run on newer versions.

Hey, don't diss the old browsers, I used Netscape for a while when my computer got a browser hijacker, because Netscape is so old that the virus just passed straight over it. It was pretty awesome.

It's like being back in middle school, a year younger than Linus. Back in 2015, most computers came with 8 to 16GB of memory.

I prefer platforms with many ads like Links2 and Lighter than Midori. However, they don’t have pictures like a regular Lynx.

Flash is just fluff, HTML5 saved the day. But savor your Windows 95 browser more than stressing over actual memory. I’ll keep chrome open with over 140 tabs for fun, and my PC won’t care about anything else. #yolo @Swag @whateverthekidssaythesedays

It's as though no one in this discussion has encountered a TWM prior, especially on low-res devices. Spoiler: not everyone has powerful or reliable hardware.

You can rebuild Firefox, but it’s not particularly enjoyable. It might be worse than starting from scratch, especially when you need to tweak all settings and arguments for each module. The process can be frustrating, though it sometimes results in a more optimized version if you turn on features like SSE4 and AVX.
