Many AAA games are initially developed for consoles before being adapted for PC. The console industry remains substantial and lucrative, while PC has gained more prominence recently.

Consoles function properly now. Laughs. Setting up updates is smooth. Applying game patches works well. Adding extra content is straightforward. The Lizard squad reminds me of something I need to purchase. Crashing and hardware issues still occur on consoles. Slow performance leads to freezing when unexpected things happen.

The last time this was popular was with the original Wii. Now everything feels like a PC experience, except for those bigger issues you can't easily solve. Plus, paying $70 a year for online services and not having Steam makes it less appealing. It's kind of sliding back, but if you're looking for something worse, that's fine too. I prefer PCs because I enjoy the full system more than just gaming. I like customizing, modifying, and doing other things besides playing games.

You need to update the software, sign in to services, and occasionally the game won’t work. The last time I faced a driver issue was probably over a year ago.

Consoles aren't flawless either. What went wrong when PSN and Xbox Live went down for days? Even a child reached out for help. It’s definitely simpler to play on consoles, but I’m not against them. PC gaming works fine most of the time, and fixing those issues usually solves it. We can’t overlook the graphics, resolution, and the affordable price of games on Steam. These perks come with a small trade-off in performance.
