I'm facing problems with my capture card. It keeps showing Unknown USB Device and only recognizes the EVGA XR1 Lite. I've uninstalled it, reinstalled drivers, updated them, used CMD admin mode, run sfc /scannow, and checked all ports—still just this device. My system details are AMD Ryzen 9 7950x, ASUS RogStrix X670E, RAM G Skill 5800 DDR5 128GB, Windows 11 Pro, RTX 3090 OC.

I've also used another EVGA XR1 Lite. Just remove it from the device manager and it functions temporarily.
