You're using Rufus to create a 32-bit Windows 10 bootable USB for an old Dell Latitude D830. You're unsure if you're selecting the correct file format, possibly FAT32, and need guidance since the device was made around 2008.

It’s likely an old BIOS you’ll have to choose from Rufus

MBR selected as the partition scheme. The laptop is quite outdated and relies on BIOS rather than the newer UEFI.

Last opportunity to install the boot manager on a CD for older computers that only boot from a CD, even if you have an installation drive on a USB stick.
