Your folder and screenshots likely moved after you took them. Check your default downloads or system libraries for the correct location.

Check your clipboard. Use WIN+V or navigate to Settings > System > Clipboard.

Using the Windows+Print Screen key to take screenshots in Windows 10 or 11 saves them as PNG files in your Pictures > Screenshots folder. It works for me in version 10, and it's labeled "pictures" not "images." Could the folder name have been changed? An update or a system reinstall might resolve the issue, but it should function correctly. You might have altered the shortcut as well.
