Your ISP only lets you change the final three digits of your local IP address, so they restrict the last part to a range like 192.168.0.1–192.168.0.255. Your actual local IP is 192.168.56, which means it’s outside that allowed range. You’ll need to adjust your local IP or contact your ISP to get a valid range for editing.
