Yeah, I use LLC3 and you don't have to adjust it if the Vdroop is already in your desired range. Is OC Prime95 stable? On Zen 2, you can only really optimize per CCX. For me, my preferred CCX has one bad core, so it doesn’t make sense to do that per CCX.
