If using a laptop, you can simply install software to enable internet sharing within your home network. Windows 10 includes this capability—just search for "mobile hotspot" and it will be ready to use.

You performed the action, but it doesn't create a difference since laptops are part of PCs. You should still manage the mobile hotspot via Bluetooth.
