Hello, I'm facing an issue. I'm stuck at 50 frames per second in GTA 5; when I disable VSync, it reaches 80 FPS but with significant lag. My monitor runs at 60 Hz. This problem doesn't occur with other games on my PC — which has a Ryzen 5 1600 at 3.8 GHz and an GTX 1070. Thanks for your help!

Turn off VSync in the game and activate it via the Nvidia control panel settings.
