It started working for a brief moment, displayed a debug indicator, and then shut down.

It's quite unusual for you, but I'm not sure if you have a beeper available. You mentioned considering debug LEDs and beeper codes as alternatives.

I regret to hear that, but I don’t have any other suggestions. It seems the only thing present is the CPU with no RAM or coolers connected.

At the moment it's hard to come up with ideas. If you can, consider getting a beeper and linking it to the motherboard—prices should be under a dollar, possibly even less—and share what sound it produces.

I need to identify any part of our discussion that could be the cause. The 5800x might not be the issue, so I might return it for a replacement if possible.

It seems the CPU might not be the main issue, as the 3000 series isn't working either. I doubt the motherboard is the problem since you have a brand new one that's still failing. I think it could be related to RAM or the PSU, but it's hard to say for sure. Let's retrieve the beeper so we can listen to the beep codes and investigate further.

I visited a nearby computer store to purchase a motherboard speaker. I reviewed the manual carefully to ensure proper installation. After turning on the PC, the speaker produced no sound at all. I’m worried this might cause further issues, so I wanted to share my experience.

I don't want to imply you connected it wrong, but are you sure you connected it properly? It's very strange that it's making no sound at all lol (computers will always beep once when starting, any issues aside). Make sure the arrow pointing down on the connector is on the + lead of the speaker header in the motherboard. (If possible, send a screenshot)

It seems there might have been a misunderstanding on my part. After several attempts in both directions, I decided to visit a local computer repair shop this morning. While I suspect a power supply issue due to the speaker's unresponsiveness, I’m open to their assessment. I wish I had more time to resolve it myself, but they have significantly more resources than I do. Thank you for taking the time to assist me—it truly helps.
