ATX12V means using the ATX12V plug-in for PCIe, but this could harm your board. If your power supply only has one 8-pin connector, stick with that.
There will be a single 8-pin connector available. If you're unsure, simply count the pins.
CPU 12V (EPS) and PCIe power connectors differ in design despite sharing eight pins. Using the incorrect type is not feasible physically. Attempting to force a mismatch or altering the pins would be highly risky and not advisable.
The cable displayed is probably a PCIe 6+2 connector, which isn't compatible with the EPS 8 pin header on your motherboard.
