02-12-2020, 08:57 AM #14CPU 12V (EPS) and PCIe power connectors differ in design despite sharing eight pins. Using the incorrect type is not feasible physically. Attempting to force a mismatch or altering the pins would be highly risky and not advisable.

02-13-2020, 08:21 PM #16The cable displayed is probably a PCIe 6+2 connector, which isn't compatible with the EPS 8 pin header on your motherboard.
