I received a new M.2 NVMe storage to install in my computer, but I cloned my previous HDD and the system won’t boot from the M.2 drive. Anyone explain why? Need some assistance.

Check the bios for any mention of NVMe SSD or SATA configuration. If not, it might be an issue with the drive placement.

I utilized a cloning method to duplicate the drive. All partitions were included in the process. The bootable setup required approximately 100MB of EFI boot space.
