I bought Splinter Cell on Steam a couple of years ago. I'm still trying to play it with my PS5 controller, even after adjusting all the settings. The camera moves fine and the d-pad functions, but everything else feels unresponsive. I generally dislike Steam software. I'm having trouble enabling screenshots and can't play certain games because of controller compatibility issues. They've been difficult to get refunds for—like the time I spent hours setting up keybinds for Elden Ring, only to have it rejected. I also can't locate a proper way to report their support problems. Every forum link just leads back to the same issue. How do I actually reach out to them about this? Any suggestions for fixing the controller setup?
