When installing or updating software, I can’t just click “Allow” through the firewall. I need to manually visit the Control Panel to grant access. My PC is personal and not linked to any company. How can I eliminate this warning so I can set it up directly in the pop-up window instead?

No, I haven't used any bloatware removal tools before.

Typically, antivirus software performs this action. What security software are you using?
