I'm assuming you're familiar with computers and have everything set up for overclocking.
Let's try something quick: core ratio 45, uncore 44, vcore 1.35.
Run it and check the temperatures.
Feel free to adjust the voltage until you hit a problem, or increase the ratios until you reach a crash.
Try everything within safe limits.
