I also connected the same file in the original post (linked to KB#), but the page kept crashing until now. I tried it again and it worked, though the download links kept pointing to the same error page until the eighth attempt. Thanks for letting me know—I’ll fix my mom’s computer.

It seems likely that many people are being alerted about this issue and are quickly working on the fix. There might be a risk of overwhelming the server with excessive traffic.
