Tell me how to get past the 62 FPS cap in this game. I’m stuck and it feels like VSync is still active, even though I checked and set it off. My GTX 690 only manages 62 frames per second across all resolutions, and I’ve tried changing the config settings but nothing works. It’s frustrating—it’s like playing Batman: Arkham City. Someone can help me figure this out.

I heard if I change it to FALSE the game wouldn't launch. I'm confused about why this happens. The game feels very slow—60 FPS max—and it's lagging, almost like VSync is active.
