Looking into connector part numbers for motherboards reveals various naming conventions. The 24PIN ATX and 4PIN CPU power connectors were originally labeled Molex MiniFit Jr. The 2-4 pin fan connectors are typically identified by the manufacturer, while the 9-10 pin front panel audio and USB connectors follow similar naming patterns. Many manufacturers use CompactPCI connectors, as well as USB-A/B, Ethernet, and IDE-like connectors.
Front panel connectors refer to IIRC Dupont Mini-PV. It's unclear if we're using genuine Dupont or replicas now. They seem to be designed differently, so they probably won't work together. This clone looks promising.
The first connection offers numerous differences, making it hard to pinpoint exactly which one you referred to. The second link could be relevant if the key guard—whatever it is, that raised section along its edges—has the same pitch size and the female pin fits the male pin securely. It seems like a guess based on what I see in the picture. Without seeing the actual item, I can't confirm for certain.
