Hello, I'm looking for the bios .bin file for the Intel NUC8i3BEH. The Intel .bio doesn't work with the ch341a, and the chip is Winbond 25Q128JVSQ.

Hey there, unfortunately I've already tried that .bio file from the intel website and it doesn't work because it's not the raw .bin to reflash the bios chip using an external reflasher. Only way I can think of getting the .bin file is to retrieve a working one from someone else's bios chip manually.

You've already attempted renaming and re-flashing, but the issue persists.

I understand you're dealing with AMI bios files ending in .rom. Try changing the extension to .rom and see if that resolves any issues.

Hello, I attempted to rename it to .rom but it didn't work. It seems the .bio file might be encrypted by Intel, making renaming ineffective. You may need a .bin file from another device of the same model or a preprogrammed chip to proceed.

Consider checking Ebay for "BiosDepot" to get a chip. They should be able to install any BIOS you prefer. Expect some basic soldering tasks, but it should be manageable.
