I purchased the Uphere RGB side fan 200mm, but only one comes with the usual 4-pin connector while the other has a 3-pin plug with the fourth pin disabled. My motherboard doesn’t have a matching port except for the SPDIF audio interface. Do you need an adapter or a USB solution to connect it? Thanks in advance.

Based on the manual, your motherboard includes a 12V RGB connector that is 4-pin, while the fan you purchased has a 5V 3-pin connector. This means they don’t match in voltage or pin count, so they won’t work together.

Based on what I found online, it seems there isn't an adapter available for this. But I'm not sure if that's accurate.
