Do you know any software similar to Garage Band that has pre-made tracks available for PC? I tried one at school and found it really enjoyable.

Reaper is a powerful audio editing, recording, and mixing tool. It performs exceptionally well, uses minimal system resources, and integrates smoothly with any VST plugins. It includes a variety of pre-installed plugins that enhance functionality.

I haven't tried GarageBand yet, but it seems similar to Band-in-a-Box. Give it a look. (http://www.pgmusic.com/)

I might consider trying the demo of FL Studio. It’s just $199 if you’re interested in purchasing it.

Consider Audacity if you want a free tool – it’s powerful despite being free. Many podcasters rely on it for trimming audio and simple layering.
