The only option is to boost the clock speed, but I'm unsure if this is still possible with the latest Coffeelake CPUs since Intel didn't support it anymore. BCLK essentially means adjusting the clock while maintaining the same multiplier, which unlocked CPUs have.

No, not all newer Intel processors are locked. Some remain open for use while others are restricted.

It isn't a K series CPU, so unlocking isn't possible. Consider using ThrottleStop. You may raise the PL1 and PL2 turbo settings to boost performance on a restricted CPU.
