I've had this experience with just one DLC personally. Uninstalling it isn't possible once purchased—you must contact Valve to have it removed from your account. There are no refunds for this action.

I believe I have all the DLC for MW2, but it still works fine. I followed the UPnP settings in Tomato and it functioned properly! I was able to play a few online games and had fun. Thanks for your assistance, guys!
