Marvel removed the agreement from Activision, meaning the license isn't accessible for sale now. Activision can't distribute it anymore.
It seems the best option right now is to take it from pirating. The only genuine method to possess it would be by locating someone who purchased the game on Steam, though those purchases might have already expired.
