For self-paced learners, grab Cisco study books, enroll in David Bombal Udemy courses, try Packet Tracer, VIRL, or GNS3, and practice regularly. I'm also working on CCNA R&S myself (took a detour to learn Cyber Ops first). If you can afford it, consider buying used Cisco networking gear.

There are numerous courses available on Udemy, including the one I used to assist me with CCNA R&S by Chris Bryant. Alternatively, you might consider replacing it with Network Chuck's videos on YouTube.

Most suggestions point to Udemy courses because they are widely available and affordable. EdX may have limitations in accessibility or variety compared to Udemy.

EdX is perfectly fine, though I haven't tried it before. I'm only sharing the courses and books I've actually used.

I also support Pluralsight, their CCNA program is really solid too (just getting started). I use uCertify as well—though it’s not inexpensive. Udemy is something I enjoy thanks to great instructors like David Bombal and others on the platform (like Chris Bryant). Everyone learns differently, so some prefer videos over textbooks, different teaching methods work best for different people.

You're doing well despite the close result on your Cyber Ops exam. Keep up the effort while you prepare for CCNA R&S!
