I explored the Windows 11 settings and discovered an option named "Let search apps show results." My initial idea was to look for a different search application to include, as I don’t rely much on Bing. But I didn’t find any official app listed in the Microsoft Store or Google. The article I came across seemed a bit too detailed for my needs (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/window...-providers). Have anyone managed to add another search tool and see Google or DuckDuckGo appear in Windows search? Please note, I’m located in the EEA. As mentioned on the site: "In the European Economic Area (EEA), you can install apps that implement a web search provider to return web content and search results in Windows Search."

This function could be exclusive to the EU. I'll need to verify once I'm back. Let me know if you haven't received a response yet.

This applies only to the EU, regrettably.

This configuration isn't present in the system. It seems your updated installer might have altered its location.

Adjust the privacy and security options under web search settings. This feature is also available in Windows 10, though its location may vary. Usually, you locate it by navigating to search settings when performing a search in the start menu. Your current Windows 11 version is 24h2 build 26100.4770.
