I chose the 7-day trial for BF4 because my purchased account is no longer reachable and EA isn't assisting. I've been attempting to join a server for three days now, but every connection fails with a timeout message despite having internet access for other games. Should I try anything else or should I remove it?

Buying accounts violates EA’s terms of service. It seems you’re asking about whether you purchased an account or the game itself. Regarding BF4 servers, if none are available, the issue lies with your region settings—try selecting worldwide. I also played Black Mesa multiplayer yesterday and noticed the servers were mostly in Eastern Europe. You might want to create a new account for another free trial. If your main account was compromised, you’ll need recovery details and a password reset to regain access.

I created a new account after my old email was removed. They asked for my credit card details and personal info, but it seems those aren’t enough to verify my identity. The problem isn’t with the information itself—it’s that the servers are down and can’t connect. I have internet access and other games functioning normally. I’ve used server browsers and connections before.
