They manage 128 GB of RAM well... you might need to reduce the frequency to 3200 MHz or tweak the timings, but they’ll cope. The top choice is a CPU with X3D at the end, like 5700X3D or 5800X3D—the extra cache boosts performance in demanding tasks. If those aren’t available or you need more cores, a 5900X would offer great value for its performance.
