The network has blocked all UDP ports, preventing access to services like WhatsApp, GeForce Experience, Steam, BitTorrent, and even pip for downloading Python packages. I’m having trouble using a proxy server that listens on port 8080. Can you suggest ways to modify UDP traffic or find a solution to bypass the restriction?
