I enjoyed Skyrim a lot, even though I played through everything, but I’m interested in trying the updated version because it’s 64-bit and I plan to heavily mod it. I don’t want to pay $50 or more. Do you know any places online where you can get it for under $50?

Wait for the temperature to drop and the cost is expected to fall as well. Christmas is approaching too. I’ve got the latest update, but some features are missing, such as SKSE and this SkyUI.

It's clear that with such a large modding scene for Skyrim, it's likely many popular modifications will eventually get adapted.

Mods are active now, but inactive creators won’t update them. SKSE updates can take a long time—possibly years—so we’re choosing to invest in the current release.

If they offer the game on disk, you might find a reasonable price at a local shop. Target is especially famous for discounting PC disk games at incredibly low costs, such as purchasing them online and bringing them back to the store.
