Yes, OP does catch scammers faster than SteamRep but SteamRep offers links to all sites so you can review them for reports if needed. I do this and never receive charges back on games. One of the advantages of trading games is that summer sale prices last a long time because competition keeps them low. There are many game resellers trying to get the best deals, so it's a buyer's market with lots of people seeking the lowest prices.
