I'm exploring euro truck sim 2 and looking for ways to enhance the experience. I'm especially interested in physics mods that improve handling realism. Could you suggest some reliable options or point me toward communities where such mods are shared? Thanks!

To the best of my understanding, the game only allows cosmetic modifications for tucks and additional maps. The underlying physics remain handled internally by the engine, and there aren't any mod tools available to alter them. However, it appears the existing physics are already quite solid. I've only needed to adjust break sensitivity within the settings.

Physics mods exist, but their quality varies widely. I’m not sure which ones are the best since there isn’t a single standard. Finding good options usually requires a lot of testing and experimentation.

In the past, there have been physics modifications. Generally, they appear to have faded after the update that enhanced physics. Most of the time, these changes are mainly cosmetic. The multiplayer mod exists, but remember this game wasn't built for it, so performance will noticeably decrease in busy areas.

I'm currently waiting on some improvements to the multiplayer mod right now, it's fun if you and a friend get a similar mission but that rarely happens.

The multiplayer feature works well, though there are occasional lag issues in crowded spaces.
