On my previous machine I never needed to restart my graphics card driver to run any game without issues. On my latest system I must press Ctrl + Win + Shift + B to refresh the driver so I can play games. Games affected: Forza Horizon 4, Need For Speed Payback, Valorant, Minecraft with shaders (I don’t own many games on my PC)

You own the 3070 processor. Did you actually purchase it secondhand?

I frequently need to press Shift + Win + B + Ctrl to refresh my graphics settings. That wasn’t the case on my previous machine. Could you assist? Details: (got replaced) Intel Core i7 11700F RTX 3070 Factory OC, 32GB RAM DDR4 3000Mhz, Predator GM7000, 1TB drive.

I purchased these parts from a retailer that specializes in used components. You didn’t need a new GPU since you already had one installed.

I changed the SSDs from my previous computer to the new one. I'm not sure if that's causing the problem. This is where I purchased it, by chance: (I'm clueless and don't know how to assemble a PC, but I try but feel a bit anxious) Buy Gaming PC in Las Vegas | Lowest Prices | GadgetMates

It wasn't formatted or a fresh Windows install; the SSD swap updated the drive settings without replacing the OS.

It seems unclear what you're asking about. Could you clarify your question?

If I were you, I'd replace the graphics drivers and reinstall them. Otherwise, a new Windows 10 or 11 installation would be best. You can't be sure everything is clean, so get it fixed.
