Find a way to automatically update your graphics driver each time you start a game.
On my previous machine I never needed to restart my graphics card driver to run any game without issues. On my latest system I must press Ctrl + Win + Shift + B to refresh the driver so I can play games. Games affected: Forza Horizon 4, Need For Speed Payback, Valorant, Minecraft with shaders (I don’t own many games on my PC)
I frequently need to press Shift + Win + B + Ctrl to refresh my graphics settings. That wasn’t the case on my previous machine. Could you assist? Details: (got replaced) Intel Core i7 11700F RTX 3070 Factory OC, 32GB RAM DDR4 3000Mhz, Predator GM7000, 1TB drive.

If I were you, I'd replace the graphics drivers and reinstall them. Otherwise, a new Windows 10 or 11 installation would be best. You can't be sure everything is clean, so get it fixed.
