There are several big reseller sites available. I haven’t experienced any issues with buying game codes on them. If you upgrade a pre-activated Windows copy, Microsoft will automatically give you a digital license at no cost. Just reset and reinstall, and the activation server will recognize your license and activate it. Essentially, Windows 10/11 (Pro) is free to use.
