I'm working on a budget PC and want to maximize performance within a 700 dollar range. Most people have suggested overclocking the 8320 to about 4-4.5 GHz for similar results to a decent i5. I need advice on choosing a cooler for the Fx8320E so I can maintain good temperatures without excessive noise. I don't want something extreme, just something decent and quiet.
