It’s possible to connect your SIM card to your PC as a Wi-Fi adapter, but you’ll need to enable hotspot functionality. This allows the device to share its internet connection with other devices, including your phone, without relying on your data plan. Make sure your router supports hotspot and that you’re using the correct settings on both your phone and PC.

You can connect your computer to the internet using cellular modems offered by various providers. One example is a Netgear model available on Amazon.

You need a native SIM slot or a real device to use this. For a jailbroken iPhone, you can try TetherMe, and on Android there are apps that might help.

They should be included in the hotspot data, though it might be incorrect.

In either case, OP has unlimited data available.

Hotspot information isn't always included in free data packages. For instance, Sprint doesn't offer unlimited Hotspot, and many providers limit it to under 1 Megabit per second after a certain threshold. Mobile data behaves similarly, though it doesn't throttle but reduces priority instead. For example, at Sprint, using more than 22GB of "Unlimited" data can result in de-prioritization.

It doesn't work that way in the US. You get unlimited smartphone data and a certain amount of high-speed hotspot data. That's the usual setup. Unless you have home internet via LTE, they don't want you relying on this as your main home connection. And before you think there are apps to hide hotspot usage, your provider will detect it through usage patterns.

I believe those aren't considered hotspots, though I'm guessing I might purchase a different plan for this purpose so you won't have to switch the simulation around.
