I know that most areas that Spectrum services up here offers up to a gig service. I personally have there 400x20 service and zero issues and always get my full speed unless they have a network impacting event.

My performance on the East Coast is quite disappointing.

Grim Dawn is a solid ARPG, great for solo offline play. It offers many master combinations—8 Masteries plus pairing two up to form your class, or you can choose single masteries. Each Mastery includes a skill tree, and there’s also a passive devotional tree to explore. It’s not as intricate as POE, but simpler than D3. It lacks MTX, which is a plus. A big expansion is coming soon, and it already has two available. I also appreciate POE, but you’ll likely need to buy MTX if you want to keep the game, especially for the Stash space required for items and currency, plus premium tabs for smoother trading. If the Stash tabs were included in the MTX store by default, I’d strongly recommend this title.

*Note: To access the Stash space and tab types, along with bonus cosmetics in bundles, you’d need around $80.*

The Titan Quest is perfectly accurate! They offer a DLC but it may not significantly enhance the experience.

A few days ago I watched a video about that topic
Big Grin.
The suggestions mentioned were:
Torchlight
Titan Quest
Grim Dawn
Path of Exile
Dungeon Siege
Sacred
The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing
Vikings: Wolves of Midgard
I also found a link to it.

I own Titan Quest, that's the only thing from that list, lol. Titan Quest might have a DLC, depending on the price.

I would choose Ragnarok, as it reached $5.00 at least once each month. Atlantis would hit between $10.56 and $11.24 at least once a month.

This is the updated information on the Black Friday discounts for the two DLCs in Titan Quest...
Ragnarok is now priced at $4.99...
With the 10% off voucher, it drops to $4.49...
Atlantis is back at $11.24...
And using the 10% off voucher, it reaches a new low of $10.12...

Baldurs Gate, if you haven't played before, you can obtain the remastered versions on Steam. The updated version after years of anticipation is expected to launch next year.
