You can check if the Intel driver functions, though you might need to install it yourself in Windows. It could fail despite your efforts. UPDATE: Another option is available.

The Intel Driver finished installation smoothly without errors. However, I’m unable to activate the card properly. The alternative download link only provides a generic driver update that costs $20. Thanks still for your assistance!

It's likely you also require a dedicated tool beyond the driver. Server cards are typically tailored for particular functions and setups. I've encountered cases where they only function with certain hardware. It isn't limited to just the server—it can also affect network performance. Some systems indicated that devices would operate exclusively with storage solutions, not others.

These cards are indeed Sun-based, making it unlikely Oracle provides Windows 10 compatible drivers. They likely use proprietary SunOS/Solaris hardware. Neptune chipsets seem to be supported, and the Neptune NIU driver may already exist in Linux distributions such as Ubuntu or Debian. unRAID also includes this driver. The newest Windows driver would probably only work with XP or earlier versions, which won’t support newer systems. I notice some Sun cards based on the Intel I350-T4 chipset offer Intel drivers, but it seems these Neptune models haven’t had Windows drivers released.
