Hi
For your i7 4790k, look into budget-friendly coolers under $20 that are compatible with overclocking.

The CRYORIG M9i is a reasonably affordable cooler (likely the top option under $20) that supports mild overclocking.

Hi, if you boosted your budget slightly, you'd be able to buy a Hyper 212 Evo, a popular and well-known cooling device.

Hi if you raised your budget slightly, you could purchase a hyper 212 evo, which is a well-known cooler. The Cooler Master 212 Evo is no longer a good value. The CRYORIG M9i fits within your budget, offers comparable performance if not better, is smaller, simpler to install, and quieter.
