It's a solid choice, affordable and much quieter than typical Intel 1151 coolers. It includes the necessary brackets.

I’ve tested those Thermalright coolers multiple times, and they perform exceptionally well while running quietly. One is installed on my 5900x gaming rig and is doing great—don’t be misled by the low price.
