Bpo is turned off in the BIOS. Adjust all cores manually. Apply 1.2v setting in BIOS. Unclear about RM behavior. 2xxA ran at 1.375v near that point.

I don't see an issue then, when you manually OC you some how disabled XFR. Thats why EDC wen from 2xx down to 90a
