Details: Mobo model MSI MPG B550i CPU Ryzen 3600 cooler Kraken X53 RAM Trident Z Cl16 2x8GB GPU Gigabyte RTX 2060 Super Gaming case H210i. When idle this is my average temp chart. Some users get significantly cooler, mine sits around 39°C. I’m not too impressed with NZXT’s fan control settings right now—the CAM software is managing it. Anyone know a good setup for H210i with the AOI cooler? I’ve heard some people let the BIOS handle everything, but I’m just starting and need guidance. Begin by avoiding the camera for Ryzen temperature tracking. Stick to hwinfo64 and/or ryzen master for accurate readings. Others may struggle with this approach. If the temperatures look correct, they should be normal.
Since the device is damaged, I’d prefer to remove it. I’m only setting up RGB once and want to uninstall it if possible. How should I redirect the fans and pump connections? Afterward, I should adjust the fan curves in the BIOS settings.
Cam manages RGB settings and the speeds of various NZXT parts. Most RGB or control programs require installation for it to function properly on your components. If you remove the lighting and fan speed settings, Cam will probably reset everything back to its original state, so keep it installed only for those purposes.
The issue lies in the CAM software interpreting elevated peak temperatures, which can trigger fan boosts even at lower ambient conditions.
